Germany vs. Colombia -Colombia wins in final seconds over Germany.
Colombia defeated Germany 2-1 in a dramatic Women's World Cup match on Sunday as Manuela Vanegas scored a stoppage-time goal.
The defender scored from a corner eight minutes after German attacker Alexandra Popp had equalized a breathtaking strike from Colombian teenager Linda Caicedo
Caicedo, who collapsed in training on Thursday, delighted the 40,499 fans with a stunning 52nd-minute goal.
"Obviously, you need to be happy and euphoric because this is a great win for the whole country and we've been feeling this
But the game and competition continue, so we'll go step by step. Our seasoned team knows what they want."
The 27th-ranked Colombians may reach the last 16 by avoiding a severe loss to Morocco in their final Group H match, while Germany can advance if they beat South Korea.
"It's up to us," said Germany coach Martina Voss-Tecklenburg. "How we play is our responsibility. I'm confident we'll survive."
From the start, Colombians and their yellow-shirted followers frightened the Germans.
In Germany's opening 6-0 win over Morocco, Colombia goalkeeper Catalina Perez calmly caught the first corner kick.
